REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): microsoft excel, leadership skills, Communication Skill
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Romokalisari
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
  • Full-Time position(s) available
  • Having experience to operate system with SAP, BOSNET or Eskalink
  • Age maximum 32 years old
  • Having experience in consumer goods company is a plus
  • Have a driving license (SIM C)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Manage all administration activities in branch/depo
  2. Manage all assests in branch/depo
  3. Responsible to check every report & match with sales results from salesman
  4. Do daily check and match the Daily Sales Report/Hasil Penjualan Harian (HPH) and List of Invoice Billing/Daftar Tanda Faktur Tagihan (DTFT), receipt and cash received from salesman.
  5. Do weekly check to residual receivable reports and overdue from every salesman
  6. Supervising and controlling goods delivery to ensure that it is ready to deliver and arrive at the destination
  7. Implement all sales administration process to ensure there is no deviation
  8. Assist Accounting and Finance Dept to prepare and check reports which needed to watch accounting and finance process
  9. Implement in staff coaching through performance evaluation and counseling to ensure in developing staffs. Including in taking care employee administration in branch to help branch in counting, arranging and providing data of employee attendance, overtime and schedule of security employees.
